As a counsellor with lived experience of anxiety, parenting, infertility, adoption, and perfectionism, I bring both professional knowledge and deep personal understanding to the work we’ll do together. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and resilience.

I’m Michelle McCarty, a Canadian certified counsellor (CCC) and a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My approach is warm, empathetic, and tailored to meet your unique needs. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, ADHD, autism, OCD, and grief.
My goal is to empower you to uncover your inner strength and live a more fulfilling life. With a combination of evidence-based techniques and a deep commitment to your well-being, I am here to support you every step of the way.
